Service and accounts

JASP Dev, Serbia operates NookStore as a browser collection of small tools and independently hosted community apps. By using its features, you agree to these terms. Contact xportdao@gmail.com with questions. Guest tools are available without a NookStore account; saved data and shared shopping access require ChatGPT sign-in. Protect your account and use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access another account, abuse invitations, submit deceptive content or disrupt the service.

Tools and external apps

Calculations, exchange rates and generated content are informational tools. Check results before relying on them for a payment or another important decision. Rates may be delayed and may differ from a provider’s actual quote. Availability and features can change. Export or retain a separate copy of records you need. These terms do not exclude any liability or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

A community app is operated by its author, may require a separate account or payment, and has its own terms and data practices. A listing or launch link is not a guarantee of its accuracy, security or availability. NookStore does not take ownership of an author’s project or execute arbitrary submitted source code on its own origin.

Creator submissions

Submit only accurate descriptions and links you control or are entitled to list. Do not submit passwords, private links, infringing content, unlawful material or misleading claims. You keep your rights in your app. By submitting a listing, you permit NookStore to review and display its approved public details and link for the catalog. Email is used for account and moderation contact, not published automatically.

Verification and moderation are currently manual. Submission does not guarantee approval, ranking or publication; a ready status is not automatic publication. We may request changes, reject a listing, or temporarily hide an existing listing to investigate a complaint.

Complaints and removal

Anyone can report an app to xportdao@gmail.com without signing in. Include the NookStore listing and app URL, a clear reason, relevant evidence and a reply address. Report only information necessary to review the issue; do not include passwords or unrelated personal data.

We review the report, may ask for clarification, and may contact the author. A credible urgent security or legal concern may lead to temporary removal while it is investigated. We communicate the decision and reasons to the reporter and author where feasible. Either may request reconsideration with new information through the same email. Authors may request removal of their own listing and may be asked to confirm control. Removing a NookStore listing does not delete the independently hosted app.

Privacy and changes

The privacy policy explains account data, browser storage and your choices. Material changes to these terms are published here with an updated date. Questions can be sent to the contact address. Mandatory protections under applicable law are unaffected.
